【Modify】WORKS BELL RAPFIX II&ショートボス+OMP TRECENTO
いやはや、ステアリングが遠いいと思い始めたらいても経っても入られなくなってしまいました。
前から脳内の「特に必要としない物欲リスト」には入っていたんですけどね。
ステアリングが遠いと思い始め、純正のステアリングにスペーサーを…と考えたところ、ネットで探してもやっている人がいなかったので断念。
社外ステアリングとロングボスを考えたのですが、○○mmのボスって感じで実際付けた時にどうなるのかわからない。
そこでエリーゼRAPFIX+専用ショートボスで20mm程手前になるという情報を得て、まずはRAPFIX本体とショートボスを購入。まぁ乗降性も高まるからいいかと自分に言い聞かせ。
ここでステアリングは何にするか全く決めてませんでした。ただ僕の周りが皆揃ってMOMOの「RACE」だったので安直に同じ物でいいかなと思っていましたが、会社の後輩(元AB販売員)に聞いたら「Personalとかどうっすか？」と。
それからはPersonalのステアをいろいろ調べ「Trophy」というモデルに惚れ、t2氏もお客さんの車についていた「Trophy」を握って「コレはいい」と。
しかし350mmしかないという事実。しかも現在本国ではPersonalとNardiが一緒になって、今は「Nardi-Personal」という体制になっていて、日本のNardi正規FETでは”今のところ”取り扱いは一切無し。日本ではほぼ中古でしか手に入らない。
だったら海外で、といろいろ調べてみると、「Trophy」に似た「Neo Actis」というモデルに330mmがある事を発見。その後「Fitti」というモデルに心惹かれ、350mmと320mmの設定があると思いきや、320のほうは「Fitti F1」という別モデル。これもいろいろ探したけれども、送料を考えるとやはり割高。
ちょっとステアリング探しに疲れ始めたところ、他のエリーゼオーナーさんのステアリング変更をみてみると、OMPの「TRECENTO」が結構人気みたい。設定は300mmしかないのですが、ステアが重くなったという感想より、サイズ的にちょうど良いとの事。大きさは純正より大きくならなければいいと思っていたので300mmもアリか？と思っていたら、ポチッとしてました。
FETがPersonalの取り扱いを開始したら、またPersonalのステアリングを考えたいと思いまする。
前置きが長くなりましたが、取り付け。
といっても作業は、ほぼt2氏頼みで僕は手伝いをしたぐらい。
ステアリングを外した状態。
RAPFIX本体はブラックにしました。
elise partsのコラムレバーが触覚のようです。
ステアリングを付けた状態。
純正320mmからの変更ですがTRECENT自体もセンターが微妙に下側にオフセットしていて、メーターを隠す事無くしっかりと見えます。
横から。
20mmって結構あります。取り付け後、右左折の度にコラムレバーをスカってました。
僕のエリーゼはウィンカー等のコラムレバーをアルミ製の物に変えているため純正より手前に来てますが、純正の状態だと僕の手じゃ届かないと思います。
感想としては環境がガラッと変わった感じです。
感覚的に思った以上ステアリングが手前に来ていて、フリース等の厚着だとBSKバケットシートが相まって肘部分が窮屈に感じます。サーキット走行では厚着になる事は無いので問題なし。ただ、ステアリング本体をオフセットがないフラットモデルにすれば、いい感じかも。
ステアリングは日中だと黄色のマーカーが結構気になります。でも、車載映像の事を考えるとマーカーはいいですね。しかし、黄色じゃなくてもいいかな、もうちょっとおとなしめな色で。スエードグリップの物にしたのですが、グリップ感がたまりません。ただデリケートな素材なので、汗っかきな僕にはちょっと不向きかも。300mmということでステアの重さも気にしてましたが、取り回しにちょっと力が必要になりましたね。
ポジションが改善されたのかはまだ何とも言えませんが、雰囲気一新で気分も高なります。

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
